The property is referenced <br /> as Tax Map 19 Lots 26A and 29 in Chapel Hill Township . <br /> The property is located within an area designated Rural Buffer <br /> in the Orange County Land Use Plan . The present zoning classifi <br /> cation is Rural Residential (R-1 ) . The applicants are <br /> requesting that the 35 .21 acres or 1 ,533,747 .6 square feet be , <br /> rezoned PD-H-R-1 .2 <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the request would allow development of attached and <br /> detached single-family residential structures with an overall <br /> density of one unit per 40,000 square feet . <br /> The applicants have revised the site plan to provide for a <br /> total of 33 dwelling units, including three (3) duplexes <br /> ( buildings #4/ 14, 15/16 and 17/ 18) . Proposed building sites <br /> #22 and 22 have been combined on the revised plan as site $26 . <br />
