The attached amendments address these concerns . <br /> Issue statements precede each amendment . <br /> IMPACT: The proposed ordinance amendments, if approved, would clarify <br /> and improve the administration of the Subdivision Regulations . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval of the amendments <br /> with the following revisions: <br /> ( 1 ) SECTION V IMPROVEMENTS (Homeowners !
