Concerns have been identified by the Board of Commissioners, Planning Board and Planning Staff concerning cluster development provisions, recreation/- landscaping space ratios, mobile home skirting/screening requirements, time periods for initiation of construction of Planned Development projects, application and pre-application review periods, and the consolidation of Special Use and Planned Development provisions. The attached amendments address these concerns. Issue statements precede each amendment. The proposed ordiniance amendments, if approved, would clarify and improve the administration of the Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Staff recommends approval of the amendments.
