The attached amendments these concerns . Issue state- <br /> ments precede each amendment. <br /> IMPACT: The proposed ordinance amendments, if approved, would clarify <br /> and improve the administration of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval of the amendments <br /> with the following revisions: <br /> Article 8 Pre-Application Conference <br /> - amend line 15 to read: "The Orange County Planning Board, <br /> IQwpship Advisory Councils , The Orange County Recreation <br /> Department, . . . . " <br />
