The proposed detention pond <br /> would store the increased volume of runoff resulting from the <br /> de-velopment of the subdivision and release it at a rate no <br /> greater than the pre-development rate. If implemented as <br /> proposed, the plan would control the post-development rate of <br /> runoff to a rate no greater than the pre-development rate. <br />
