)011,lir <br /> r <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENTION TO SUBMIT TO THE <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> APPLICATION FORAPPROVALL OF AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT <br /> The Orange County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Con- <br /> , <br /> , . trol Financing Authority has determined to issue its industrial <br /> development revenue bonds ( the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal <br /> amount not exceeding $1, 500, 000 for the financing of all or a <br /> portion of the cost of an industrial <br /> submit to the Secretary of the Department pof �Commerce an applica- <br /> tion for approval of the industrial project if the issuance of <br /> the Bonds and the industrial project are approved by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners for the County of Orange, North Carolina. <br /> The industrial project consists of the acquisition of a • <br /> tract of land of approximately 20 acres located east of <br /> Hillsborough, North Carolina on State Road 1879 or Elizabeth <br /> ii Brady Road near the intersection of State Road 1879 and U.S. <br /> t the construction thereon of an approximately 30,000 square foot <br /> building and the acquisition and installation therein of machin- <br /> t ery and equipment <br /> (the "Industrial Project" ) . The Industrial <br /> Project will be owned and operated by Isotechnologies, Inc. , a <br /> North Carolina corporation, will create employment for ap- <br /> proximately 16 persons and preserve employment for approximately <br /> 20 persons in Orange County and the surrounding area, and will <br /> cost approximately $1, 500 ,000. The Orange County Industrial <br /> Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority entered into <br /> a Memorandum of Agreement with Isotechnologies, Inc. on December <br /> 6, 1985 and a Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement on February <br /> 25, 1986. <br /> Please take notice that the Board of County Commissioners <br /> I for the County of Orange will hold a public hearing in the <br /> Commissioners ' Meeting Room of the Orange County Courthouse, 106 <br /> East Margaret Lane, in Hillsborough, North Carolina on April 7, <br /> 1986, at 7: 30 P.M. , at which time any may <br /> regarding the issuance of such Bonds and theeIndustrial br oject. <br /> Following the hearing, the Board of County Commissioners intends <br /> to consider and take action on proposals to approve the issuance <br /> of such Bonds and the Industrial Project. <br /> Any person wishing to comment in writing <br /> the Industrial Project and the submission of the application ain <br /> connection therewith should do so, within fourteen (14) days <br /> after the date of publication of this notice, to the Authority <br /> and to the Board of County Commissioners, c/o the undersigned, <br /> Clerk to the County Board of Commissioners, Orange Count <br /> Courthouse, 106 East Margaret Lane, g County <br /> Hillsborough, <br /> 27278 and to Mr .
