Richardson, Chairman of the Board of Directors . Mr. Richardson <br /> is an active participant in the business of the corporation <br /> providing business guidance and financial support. Management <br /> works closely with Mr. Richardson to execute the policies adopted <br /> by the Board of Directors . <br /> Isotechnologies, Inc. does have one wholly owned subsidiary, <br /> Richardson Development Corporation. Richardson Development <br /> Corporation is a research and development company which has <br /> provided financial assistance to Isotechnologies in the <br /> development of its products. Richardson Development Corporation <br /> is not active at this time and does not have any ongoing business <br /> relationship with Isotechnologies, Inc. <br /> Neither the company, its affiliates nor management of the <br /> company has ever been involved in bankruptcy, creditor's rights, <br /> receivership proceedings, or criminal proceeding- bearing on the <br /> handling of financial matters. <br /> 1060A <br />
