r <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT <br /> This SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is by and between <br /> The Orange County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control <br /> Financing Authority, a political subdivision and body corporate <br /> and politic of the State of North Carolina (the "Authority" ) , and <br /> Isotechnologies, Inc. a North Carolina corporation ( the <br /> iR <br /> "Company") . <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the Authority and the Company p y have previously <br /> entered into a Memorandum of Agreement, dated December 6, 1985 <br /> (the "Original Memorandum of Agreement") , to finance an Industrial <br /> Project (as defined in the Original Memorandum of Agreement) and <br /> issue approximately $1,250,000 industrial development revenue <br /> bonds therefor; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Company has requested that certain amendments be <br /> 1 made to the Original Memorandum of Agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in_ consideration of the respective repre- <br /> sentations and agreements contained in the Original Memorandum of <br /> Agreement, the parties hereto agree that the following Sections be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> fi <br /> Section 1 <br /> " (c) The Company expects that the Industrial <br /> Project will cost approximately $1, 500,000, inclusive of <br /> interest during the period of construction, underwriting <br />
