investigation having been made by the Authority, that the <br /> Acquisition of the Industrial Project by the Company and the <br /> financing of all or a portion of the cost of the Industrial <br /> Project by the Authority will be in furtherance of the <br /> purposes of the Act in that it will induce the Company to <br /> locate an industrial facility in North Carolina and will <br /> thereby aid in alleviating unemployment and raise the <br /> average weekly manufacturing wage in Orange County inasmuch <br /> as the Industrial Project will provide new job opportunities <br /> and preserve jobs and pay an average weekly manufacturing <br /> wage in excess of the average weekly manufacturing wage paid <br /> in Orange County. <br /> 2. Undertakings on the Part of the Authority. In <br /> accordance with and subject to the limitations of the Act, the <br /> Authority agrees as follows: <br /> .(a) It will authorize the issuance and sale of one or <br /> more issues of its industrial .development revenue bonds, <br /> pursuant to the terms of the Act as then in force, in an <br /> aggregate principal amount not exceeding $1,250,000 for the <br /> purpose of paying all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> Industrial Project. <br /> (b) It will, at the proper time, and subject in all <br /> respects to the prior advice, consent and approval of the <br /> Company, submit applications, adopt such <br /> proceedings and <br /> authorize the execution of such documents as may be <br /> I� • <br /> 4. <br /> 0 <br />
