County and the <br /> . • surrounding area. <br /> (e) The Company expects to pay an average weekly <br /> manufacturing wage in excess of the average weekly manu- <br /> facturing wage paid in Orange County. <br /> (f) The Company has requested the Authority to enter <br /> into this Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of <br /> declaring the Authority's intention to provide financing to <br /> pay all or a portion of the cost of the Industrial Project. <br /> (g) The Company has represented that neither it nor <br /> any affiliate has financed the Industrial Project, that <br /> neither acquisition, construction nor installation ( "Acqui- <br /> sition" ) of the Industrial Project has yet commenced and <br /> 2. <br />
