(6) <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES <br /> AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> The Board of Commissioners of The Orange County Industrial <br /> Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority met in the <br /> Conference Room of the Orange County Public Library, Tryon Street <br /> in Hillsborough, North Carolina, at 2 :00 P.M. , on June 24, 1986. <br /> Present: Chairman Don Willhoit presiding, and <br /> Commissioners: Carey, Marshall, Lloyd and Walker <br /> Absent: Commissioners None. <br /> Also Present: Geoffrey E. Gledhill, County Attorney; <br /> County Manager Kenneth R. Thompson, Assistant County Managers William T. Laws.and Albert <br /> Kittrelr, Clerk to the Board Beverly A. Blythe and Director of Personnel Beverly Whitehead. <br /> Moses Carey presented the following documents in <br /> connection with the proposed issuance by the Authority of its <br /> Industrial Revenue Bond ( Isotechnologies, Inc. Project) (the <br /> "Bond" ) in a principal amount not to exceed $1,500,000: <br /> (a) a form of Bond. Purchase Agreement, dated as of July <br /> 1, 1986 (the "Bond Purchase Agreement" ) , by and among the <br /> Authority, Isotechnologies, Inc. (the "Company") , and NCNB <br /> National Bank of North Carolina (the "Purchaser") , with the <br /> form of the bond (the "Bond") attached as Exhibit A thereto; <br /> (b) a form of Loan Agreement, dated as of July 1, 1986 <br /> (the "Loan Agreement") , by and between the Authority and the <br /> Company, with the form of the promissory note (the "Note" <br /> attached as Exhibit A thereto; ) <br /> �� (c) a form of Assignment, dated as of July 1, 1986 (the <br /> Assignment" ) , from the Authority to the Purchaser; <br />
