S . 1590-7 of the <br /> Enabling Act . <br /> (d) The Company will cause the Bond proceeds to be <br /> applied to the payment of Costs of Acquisition of the <br /> Project . <br /> (e) The Company presently expects to operate the <br /> Project as a manufacturing facility from the Completion Date <br /> until Payment of the Bond. <br /> ( f) At the Completion Date, the Project will be a <br /> "project" within the meaning of the Enabling Act . <br /> (g) The Company presently in good faith estimates the <br /> Cost of Acquisition of the Project to equal or exceed the <br /> amount of Bond proceeds. <br /> (h) The Project will be located wholly within the <br /> County. <br /> ( i ) The representations and warranties contained in <br /> Exhibit C hereto are true and correct <br /> ( j ) The site of the Project is <br /> J properly zoned and the <br /> intended use and operation of the Project complies with the <br /> usage permitted by applicable zoning regulations. <br /> (k) No approval, or authorization of or registrations, <br /> declaration or filing with any government or public body or <br /> authority is required in connection with the valid execu- <br /> tion, delivery and performance by the Company of the Bond <br /> Documents to which the Company is a party which has not <br /> heretofore been obtained. <br /> 12 . <br />
