r y <br /> properly pay or accrue for the Acquisition of the Project <br /> and which under generally accepted accounting principles are <br /> chargeable to the capital account of the Project or could be <br /> so charged either with a proper election to capitalize such <br /> costs or but for a proper election to expense such costs, <br /> including, without limitation, the following: <br /> ( 1) The Project ; preparation of the Plans and <br /> Specifications for the Project ( including any pre- <br /> liminary study or planning or any aspect thereof) ; any <br /> labor, services, materials and supplies used or <br /> furnished in site improvement and the acquisition <br /> necessary to provide utility services or other services <br /> including trackage to provide the Project with public <br /> transportation facilities, roadways, parking lots , <br /> water supply, sewage and waste disposal facilities, and <br /> all real and tangible personal property deemed neces- <br /> sary by the Company in connection with the Project; <br /> ( 2) The fees for architectural , engineering, <br /> supervisory and consulting services; <br /> ( 3 ) Any fees and expenses in connection with the <br /> acquisition, perfection and protection of title to the <br /> Project and any fees and expenses incurred in connec- <br /> tion with the preparation, recording or filing of such <br /> documents, instruments or financing statements as <br /> either the Company or the Authority may deem desirable <br /> to perfect or protect the rights of the Authority and <br /> the Holder under the Bond Documents; <br /> ( 4) The legal , accounting and financial advisory <br /> fees and expenses, filing fees, and printing and <br /> engraving costs incurred in connection with the <br /> authorization, issuance, sale and purchase of the Bond, <br /> and the preparation of the Bond Documents and all other <br /> documents in connection with the authorization, <br /> issuance and sale of the Bond; <br /> ( 5) Interest to accrue on the Bond during <br /> Acquisition of the Project; <br /> ( 6) Any administrative or other fees charged by <br /> the Authority, the Department of Commerce of the State <br /> or the Local Government Commission of the State, or <br /> reimbursement thereto of expenses, in connection with <br /> the Project to the Completion Date; and <br /> ( 7) Any other costs and expenses relating to the <br /> Project which would constitute costs or expenses for <br /> 4 . <br />
