CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that purs}iant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chaper 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordi- <br /> nance is hereby adopted: <br /> i <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is improvements at Lake Orange. The project will <br /> be financed by an appropriation from the County Capital Reserve Fund, <br /> Senate Bill 2 Funds and funds received from Orange/Alamance Water and <br /> Sewer and the Town of Hillsborough. <br /> Section 2 . The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the pro- <br /> ject within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project. <br /> Senate Bill 2 Grant Funds $45,000 <br /> Town of Hillsborough 151,000 <br /> Orange/Alamance Water and Sewer 15,000 <br /> County Capital Reserve Fund 15,000 <br /> $90,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the projects <br /> Improvements $900000 <br /> Adopted this 23 day of July, 1986. <br /> NOTE: These expenditures are subject to Board of Commissioners' approval before the work can actually begin, <br />
