CA I?IT?!I, PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that, pursuant to Section <br /> 13 .2 of. Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br /> capital project is hereby amended: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for renovations at the Tax and Records <br /> Building. The project will be financed by appropriations from <br /> the General Fund and the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2 . The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with <br /> the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Prior 1986-87 Total <br /> Transfer from General Fund $29,400 $ 0 $29,000 <br /> Transfer from County Capital - <br /> Reserve Fund 0 81500 81500 <br /> Total $29T000 $ 8,500 . $3750_0 <br /> Section 4.
