This is based on information <br /> supplied by the school finance officers and excludes funds appropriated by the <br /> County. <br /> LOCAL SOURCES OF REVENUE - SCHOOL LOCAL CURRENT EXPENSE FUND <br /> 1. ABC Revenues - Based on program expenditures (for alcohol and drug <br /> counselor) ; Local Board of Education makes proposal to County ABC <br /> Board to conduct program; ABC Board decides whether to fund the <br /> program and in what amount. <br /> 2. Tuitions - Based on projected expenditures; Local school administration <br /> projects enrollment in various programs (Adult Basic Education, Summer <br /> School, Before School Care, etc.) and then sets revenue estimates accordingly. <br /> 3. Community Based Alternative Programs - Based on program expenditures <br /> (for example, "Attendance Project") ; Funded by the State; Local School <br /> Board makes a proposal to provide a particular service and the State <br /> decides whether to provide funds. <br /> 4.
