Beard, for approval . <br /> To receive the Planning Board 's recommendation. <br /> NEED: The property in question is located on Damascus Church Road (SR <br /> 1940) in Chapel Hill Township , The property is referenced as <br /> Lot 15 of Tax Map 118. It is bordered by residential <br /> development. The tract is designated as Rural Buffer and <br /> University Lake Water Supply Watershed on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are two (2) lots proposed; the sizes are 6 .32 acres and <br /> 2.09 acres, outside of the right-of-way. The property is zoned <br /> Rural Residential and subject to the overlay zoning district <br /> Water Quality Critical Area (WQCA) . Proposed access is <br /> provided to the site via an Orange County Class "C" private <br /> road named Mr. Neil Road . <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the Damascus <br /> Fire District. Law enforcement is provided by the Orange <br /> County Sheriff 's Department. It will be patrolled on a 24 hour <br /> basis. <br /> IMPACT: Development of this subdivision would have minimal impact on <br /> the area.
