As the plans illustrate, we have combined Orange Grove <br /> Mobile Home Estates with this new subdivision inorder to gain more continuity. <br /> All of the existing eleven ( 11) recorded lots of Orange Grove Mobile Home <br /> Estates have been replatted inorder to abandon the private road and still <br /> achieve the 40,000 S.F. minimum lot size. <br /> The owner of the subdivision is presently negotiating with three lot <br /> owners about the proposed reconfiguration of their lots. In actuality, these <br /> conveyed lots will be enlarged inorder to satisfy the individual owners. They <br /> are in agreement that the existing private road should become public. Three <br /> lots of Orange Grove Mobile Home Estates were deleted inorder to establish the <br /> 60 ft. right-of-way and larger lot sizes. <br /> The proposed twelve ( 12) lots of "Orange Grove" have also been recombined <br /> inorder to reflect the unsuitability for septic systems of Lots #188 # 19, #20, <br /> and #22. Basically, #18 and # 19 were recombined with #17; #20 was recombined <br /> with #21; and #22 was recombined with #23. All of the lots have been renumbered <br /> in clockwise fashion. The two (2) contiguous subdivisions are joined as one, <br /> now resulting in sixteen ( 16) total lots. The total acreage is now, 46.92 acres <br /> with an average lot size of 2.66 acres. <br /> We hope this revised information and preliminary plan is satisfactory to <br /> the Planning Department and the Board of County Commissioners.
