04E by the County Horticulturist and either paid for directly by the Contractor or an equal amount withheld from the contract sum in SECTION III. 7. The proper and lawful dumping and/or disposal of all materials re- moved from the property by the Contractor as a result of his services as outlined in SECTION I shall be his complete and absolute re- sponsibility. Disposal of all such materials shall be in full accordance with all appropriate regulations pertaining to such matters. The disposal of such materials in unauthorized locations, particularly within Orange County, is strictly prohibited. 8. The Contractor shall make sure that the removal of any and all electrical service drops prior to the demolition work have been done. SECTION VI: ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT THAT upon receipt of notice that the work is ready for final inspection and acceptance, the County shall promptly make such inspection, and when the work is found acceptable under the Contract and the Contract fully performed, the authorization of payment to the Contractor shall be made to a sum sufficient to cover the amount of payment in the Contract. Before the Contractor shall be paid in full , however, the Contractor shall submit evidence satisfactory to the County that all payrolls, material bills, and other indebtness connected with the work as relating to this Contract have been paid. SECTION VII: HUD DOCUMENTS THAT the Contractor agrees to comply and conform with all the following HUD documents: 1 . Conflict of Interest Provisions.
