04; <br /> 1 . The debris which results from the demolition outlines! in A above <br /> as well as debris remaining from any previous open controlled <br /> burning which may have been conducted by the County prior to this <br /> agreement. This debris shall include any contents of the structures <br /> which are demolished. <br /> 2. Any accumulated trash, scrap metal and junk within the property, in- <br /> cluding any abandoned stoves, refrigerators, building/construction <br /> materials, and other such miscellaneous debris, particularly that <br /> which constitutes a health or fire hazard and may serve as a breed- <br /> ing place to harbor insects, rodents, snakes, pets, vermin or wild <br /> animals, and/or give off an offensive odor which constitutes a <br /> nuisance. For the purpose of this agreement, "Trash' shall mean <br /> any broken tree limbs, leaves or branches, any garbage or refuse, <br /> any discarded or worthless material that might conceal pools of <br /> water or create breeding grounds for mosquitoes or other insects, <br /> any waste any discarded metal , paper, wood, glass or cloth. <br /> 3. Any and all weeds, uncultivated vegetation and noxious growth <br /> within the property which has not been marked/identified for <br /> saving by the County prior to the clearance work. This service <br /> shall be performed by mowing the designated area(s) to a high of <br /> 4 inches or less, and excavating only when it is deemed necessary <br /> by the County. Any area that has been excavated shall be cultivated, <br /> reseeded with grass and covered with straw. It is to be expressly <br /> understood that the services to be performed under this agreement <br /> are for the purpose of leaving the area within the property in a <br /> pleasing ecological and aesthetic:condition. <br /> • -3- <br />
