CONTRACT <br /> . .. • for <br /> Demolition, Lot Clearing and Hauling Services 4 <br /> in the <br /> • <br /> between <br /> and <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> • , 19 , by and between <br /> , (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") • <br /> and Orange County, North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as "County"). <br /> WITNESSTH : <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County is undertaking certain activities necessary <br /> for the execution-of a Community- Development Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order for the County to implement part of the overall pro- <br /> gram, professional demolition, lot clearing and hauling services are necessary; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the County desires to engage the Contractor to render such pro- <br /> fessional services in connection with such undertakings of the County; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Contractor and the County by mutual agreement for the <br /> consideration hereinafter set forth, do hereby agree as follows : <br />
