The agreement allows the County to install an <br /> 8-inch sewer pipeline upon the right-of-way of Southern Railway <br /> along Forrest Road in Efland. <br /> IMPACT: Encroachment agreement is required to construct Phace C of the <br /> Efland Sewer Project. In the event the sewer line at this <br /> location is not installed, the agreement should be void. The <br /> agreement stipulates the County will pay a one-time fee of <br /> $50. 00 and $240. 00 per annum. Sewer revenues would cover the <br /> annual rental fee. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve execution of encroachment agreement with Southern <br /> Railway. <br /> WJ <br />
