y - <br /> y_ <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT <br /> DURHAM COUNTY <br /> This is an Amendment to an Agreement among the County of <br /> Durham (hereinafter "Durham County" ) , the County - of Orange . <br /> (hereinafter "Orange County" ) and the City of Durham (hereinafter <br /> "City" ) . The date of this Amendment is June 23 , 1986 . <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS , Durham County, Orange County and the City entered <br /> into an Agreement on June 29 , 1984 to establish a Consortium to <br /> plan and operate a multi-jurisdictional program under the Job <br /> Training Partnership Act (hereinafter "Consortium Agreement" ) ; <br /> the Consortium Agreement is incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, Durham County , Orange County and the City have each <br /> agreed to an Amendment to the Consortium Agreement, as set forth <br /> in this instrument; <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , Durham County, Orange County and the City <br /> agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The June 30, 1986 expiration date provided for in <br /> Section VIII of the Consortium Agreement is extended for a period <br /> of two years to and including June 30 , 1988. <br /> 2.
