PART III <br /> BUSINESS WITH THE STATE <br /> List below any of the enterprises listed in Part II which you know or have reason to believe does business . <br /> with the State of North Carolina. For purposes of this Part, an enterprise does business with the State if: <br /> (1) It provides, or seeks to provide, services or equipment, materials or supplies to the State or one of <br /> its departments, agencies or institutions on a regular, continuing or periodic basis; or <br /> (2) It is listed by the Office of Purchase and Contract, N. C. Department of Administration, as a source of <br /> equipment, materials and 'supplies under "State Contract"; or <br /> (3) It produces, manufactures or distributes equipment, materials or supplies intended ultimately for State <br /> Government consumption, even though it makes no sales directly to the State.
