The Board voted against the proposal indicating <br /> that the State should first demonstrate its willingness to <br /> fulfill its present responsibility for school current <br /> expense funding before adding other purposes for General Fund <br /> support. <br /> Another item was in support of a disclosure statement <br /> for elected officials. The Board approved the attached <br /> resolution which was recommended by the Orange County <br /> Democratic Party at its convention on April 5, 1986. <br />
