This will insure the County's <br /> participation in the voting process in the NACo annual business meeting. <br /> NE D: According to the constitution of the Associaiton, "each County represented shall <br /> be entitled to one vote which shall be the majority expression of the delegates of <br /> that County." <br /> IMPACT: One Commissioner will cast all the votes for Orange County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
