The <br /> Stormwater Management Plan proposes to use a <br /> detention structure to capture runoff from the new <br /> road and release it at a rate not to exceed the <br /> predevelopment rate . The proposed plan meets the <br /> retluirements of the Ordinance . <br /> The disturbance necessary for this development will <br /> require the submittal and approval of an erosion <br /> control plan prior to the start of construction . <br /> c : Jerry Thompson <br />
