The typical section should show six (6) inches of stone <br /> outside the edge of pavement. <br /> 2. A 300-foot right turn lane taper to be built on SR 1942, <br /> Jones Ferry Road. <br /> 3. A 10' x 70' sight distance is recorded at the intersection <br /> of Mel-Oak Drive and future extension. The property lines <br /> should follow this sight distance. <br /> 4. The right-of-way change of sixty (60) feet on Phase I to <br /> fifty (50) feet on Phase II should be ninety (90) degrees <br /> to centerline and at a property line if possible. <br /> 5.. The right-of-way line for the temporary cul-de-sac should <br /> be a recorded right-of-way and removed if road is extended. <br /> 6.
