A 10' x 70' sight triangle at all street intersections. <br /> The property lines should follow this sight distance line. <br /> 2.. Construct a temporary turn-around on both ends of street <br /> "D". This will be shown as recorded right-of-way on the <br /> final plat with a note that it is to be removed once the <br /> street is extended. <br /> 3. Construct streets with eight (8) inches compacted ABC <br /> stone and one and one-half (14) inches 1-2 asphalt. <br /> 4. Right-of-way line on plat should be drawn to cul-de-sac <br /> standard. <br /> 5.
