oo <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, North <br /> Carolina, met in regular session in the old Post Off ice in Chapel <br /> Hill, North Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 7:30 <br /> o'clock p.m. on June 17, 1986. <br /> Present: <br /> Absent: <br /> ****************************************************************** <br /> The Chair announced that this was the hour and day fixed by <br /> the Board of Commissioners for the public bearing on the <br /> Preliminary Assessment Roll filed with the Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Orange County pursuant to the direction of the <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners and pursuant to the Board ' s <br /> decision to finance the local share of the cost of paving North <br /> Carolina State Road #1195, also known as Meadow Lane, in Chapel <br /> Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. The Chair also <br /> announced that the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear <br /> anyone who might wish to be heard on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Roll. Various persons appeared and were recognized and heard on <br /> the said Preliminary Assessment Roll. Those recognized and the <br /> essence of their comments were recorded by the Clerk to the Board <br /> of Commissioners in the minutes of the Board. <br />• <br /> 1 <br />
