LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> 1 4 C RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS , A lease agreement was made and entered into as <br /> of the 5th day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue <br /> Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. , LESSOR Party <br /> of the First Part, and Orange County, LESSEE , Part of the <br /> Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit <br /> Building in Efland, North Carolina. <br /> WHEREAS , the LESSOR and the LESSEE wish to renew the lease <br /> -agreement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE , J,E45SOR and LESSEE mutually agree to the <br /> following: <br /> (1) The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br /> of one year commencing on July 1, 1986 and <br /> terminate at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 1987. <br /> (2) All other terms and conditions will remain the <br /> same. <br /> This agreed to, the day of 1986. <br /> Party of the First Part: <br /> BY: <br /> W.C.
