The lessor is desirous this <br /> arrangement be continued under the same terms and <br /> conditions. <br /> IMPACT: Monetary impact would be $1.00 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve lease renewal between the Efland Rescue Unit, <br /> Efland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. , and Orange <br /> County for the Efland Rescue Unit building in Efland, <br /> North Carolina to continue for a period of one year <br /> commencing July 1, 1986 and terminating at 12:00 <br /> midnight June 30, 1987. <br />
