PAGE 8 <br /> 14q <br /> RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> (1) THE SIDEWALKS, ENTRANCES, HALLWAYS, ELEVATORS, AND STAIRWAYS <br /> SHALL. NOT BE OBSTRUCTED BY ANY TENANT OR USED BY HIM FOR ANY PURPOSE <br /> OTHER THAN FOR INGRESS OR EGRESS. <br /> (2) IF THE BUILDING WHERE THE LEASED PREMISES IS LOCATED HAS IN <br /> IT CONFERENCE ROOMS, AUDITORIUMS, GYMNASIUMS, GYMATORIUMS, MEETING <br /> ROOMS, ETC. , THEIR USE MAY BE SCHEDULED THROUGH THE LESSOR OR HIS <br /> AGENT. THE TENANT CAN ONLY SCHEDULE THE USE OF THESE ROOMS FOR <br /> HIMSELF, OR HIS AGENCY, ONLY. OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS MUST <br /> CONTACT THE LESSOR OR HIS AGENT DIRECTLY TO SCHEDULE THE USE OF THESE <br /> ROOMS . <br /> (3) THE LESSOR MAY CHARGE FEES FOR THE USE OF CONFERENCE ROOMS, <br /> AND AUDITORIUMS, GYMNASIUMS, GYMATORIUMS, MEETING ROOMS, ETC. , TO <br /> OFFSET THE EXPENSE OF PROVIDING THESE ROOMS. <br /> (4) NO ADDITIONAL LOCKS SHALL BE PLACED UPON ANY DOORS WITHOUT <br /> WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE LESSOR, NOR SHALL ANY DUPLICATE KEYS BE MADE OR <br /> OBTAINED OTHER THAN BY OR THROUGH LESSOR. <br /> (5) TENANT SHALL NOT MAKE IMPROPER NOISES DISTURBANCES OF ANY <br /> KIND, SING, PLAY OR OPERATE MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, RADIO, OR TELEVISION <br /> SETS, OR ANY MACHINES OR DEVICES IN SUCH FASHION, AS MAY BE DEEMED BY <br /> LESSOR TO INTERFERE WITH OTHER OCCUPANTS OF THE BUILDING. <br /> (6) THE INSTALLATION OF WINDOW SHADES, VENITION BLINDS , DRAPERIES <br /> AND CURTAINS MAY BE INSTALLED SUBJECT TO LESSOR'S APPROVAL OF METHOD <br /> OF INSTALLATION INCLUDING HANGING HARDWARE AND OF COLOR AND TEXTURE OF <br /> ANY SUCH WINDOW COVERINGS. <br /> (7) TENANT OR THEIR EMPLOYER; SHALL NOT: <br /> A. KEEP ANIMALS OR BIRDS ON THE PREMISES. <br /> B. ALLOW BICYCLES OR SIMILAR VEHICLES IN THE BUILDING. <br /> C. THROW ANYTHING THROUGH WINDOWS OR DOWN STAIRWAYS. <br /> D. LEAVE PREMISES UNOCCUPIED WITHOUT LOCKING ALL DOORS, <br /> EXTINGUISHING LIGHTS AND TURNING OFF WATER OUTLETS. <br /> E. INSTALL OR OPERATE VENDING MACHINES OF ANY KIND WITHOUT CONSENT <br /> OF LESSOR. <br /> F. USE PREMISES FOR LODGING ROOMS, GAMBLING OR ANY IMMORAL PURPOSE. <br /> G. OPEN WINDOWS WHILE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS OPERATING. <br /> H. KEEP KEROSENE, BURNING FLUID AND OTHER HIGHLY INFLAMMABLE <br /> MATERIAL ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT LESSOR'S CONSENT. <br /> I .
