i 3 LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS , a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br /> of the 15th day of November, 1983, by and between Orange <br /> County, LESaO13 and The Community School for People Under <br /> Six, TENANT , for space to be used as a Day Care Center at <br /> the Northside Multipurpose Center, Chapel Hill, N.C. <br /> WHEREAS , the LESSOR , and the TENANT wish to renew the <br /> lease agreement as amended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, LESSOR and TENANT mutually agree to <br /> the following: <br /> (1) The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br /> of one year commencing on July 1, 1986 and ending <br /> at 12:00 midnight on the day of June 30, 1987. <br /> (2) The Lessor's monthly utility charge shall be <br /> $325.00 per month. <br /> (3) All other terms and conditions will remain the <br /> same. <br /> This agreed to, the _day of 1986. <br /> LESSOR: Orange County <br /> BY: <br /> Don Willhoit <br /> Chairman, Orange County Board <br /> of Commissioners <br /> ATTEST: <br /> TENANT: <br /> The Community School for People Under Six <br />
