LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> 124 RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> gRANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS , A lease agreement was made and entered into as <br /> of the 29th day of August, 1983 by and between Orange County, <br /> LOME and Joint Orange-Chatham Community Action, Inc. , <br /> TENANT , for space to be used as a Community Center as the <br /> Cedar Grove Multipurpose Center, Cedar Grove, North Carolina. <br /> WHEREAS , the LEIS PE and the TENANT wish to renew the <br /> lease agreement as amended. <br /> NOW THEREFOR , LESSOR and TENANT mutually agree to the <br /> following: <br /> (1) The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br /> of one year commencing on July 1, 1986 and ending at 12:00 <br /> midnight on the day of June 30, 1987. <br /> (2) All other terms and conditions will remain the same. <br /> This agreed to, the day of ____ 1986. <br /> LESSOR: Orange County <br /> BY: <br /> Don Willhoit <br /> Chairman, Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners <br /> ATTEST: <br /> TENANT: <br /> Joint Orange-Chatham Community Action, Inc. <br />
