(JOCCA) and the County of Orange for <br /> space at the Cedar Grove Multipurpose center, Cedar Grove, <br /> North Carolina. <br /> NEED: An agreement was entered into in August, 1983 between JOCCA <br /> and the County to provide space to be used as a Community <br /> Center in Cedar Grove. The tenant is desirous that this <br /> agreement be continued for an additional one year period <br /> commencing July 1, 1986 and ending at 12: 00 midnight on <br /> June 30, 1987. <br /> All terms of the lease as drawn, amended and approved in <br /> 1983 remain the same. <br /> IMPACT: JOCCA will continue operation of Community Center at Cedar <br /> Grove, as in the past. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve lease renewal July 1, 1986 through June 30 , <br /> 1987, between Joint Orange-Chatham Community Action, <br /> Inc. and the County of Orange for space to be used <br /> as a Community Center at the Cedar Grove Multi- <br /> purpose Center, Cedar Grove, North Carolina. <br />
