DRAFT PB MINUTES 5-19-86 1 1 C PAGE 13 <br /> AGENDA ITEM #7g: DATE AND LOVIE PARRISH MINOR SUBDIVISION - PARTIAL WIDTH <br /> R/W <br /> 1111. Presentation by Smith. <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to consider a request <br /> for a partial width right-of-way of 30 feet to serve a two <br /> (2) lot minor subdivision on property known as Chapel Hill <br /> Township Map 112 Lot 34 (Date 8 Lovie Parrish property) for <br /> recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. <br /> An existing 30 foot private road from Bethel-Hickory Grove <br /> Church Road (SR 1104) serves the Parrish property. The <br /> Parrish family owns Lots 6, 34, 6B and 6A on Tax Map 112. <br /> They are unable to obtain additional easement from either <br /> Lot 3 (Elsie Lloyd property) or Lot 33 (Bethel Baptist <br /> Church property) and cannot subdivide their land unless a <br /> partial width right-of-way is approved. <br /> If a partial width right-of-way is approved a minor <br /> subdivision of two lots for sale to family members would be <br /> possible. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval . <br /> Smith noted that this 30 foot partial width right-of-way is <br /> applicable only to this subdivision. Any future <br /> subdivision must come back to the Planning Board for <br /> approval . <br /> MOTION: Pilkey moved approval . Seconded by Walters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #7h: CLASS A ROAD - PHYLLIS ARNOLD MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> Presentation by Smith . <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to consider a request <br /> for a Class A private road to serve the new one ( 1 ) acre <br /> lot of Phyllis Arnold . <br /> The Orange County Private Road Standards requires the <br /> approval of the Board of County Commissioners for <br /> establishment of a Class A private road through the <br /> subdivision procedures . <br /> Board of Commissioners ' approval of a Class A private road <br /> is required before a minor subdivision served by this road <br /> can be approved for the Phyllis Arnold lot. <br /> Currently 11 lots are served by the private road known as <br /> Wilson Road. <br />
