Both owners have been approached several <br /> times by the Parrish family and they will not grant <br /> additional easement to the family. In the future, <br /> the Parrish family would be willing to purchase the <br /> Lloyd tract and establish the 50 foot right-of-way. <br /> - The road has been used by the community for <br /> thirty (30) years . <br />
