10L4 <br /> DATE & LOVIE PARRISH MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> PARRISH ROAD <br /> PARTIAL WIDTH RIGHT-OF-WAY CHECKLIST <br /> (Adapted from Orange County Subdivision Regulations <br /> Section IV-B-3-c-2) <br /> NATURE OF SUBDIVISION: <br /> - Topography - flat & gently rolling <br /> - Surrounding area - agricultural and church <br /> - Present Road - existing Class B road <br /> - Future Road Plans - to continue as Class B road <br /> - Access by public safety vehicles - topography good, <br /> road existing, (see photos) <br /> CLASS ROAD: existing Class B road . <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD: Good Class B road which with minor <br /> work could be a Class A road (opinion by Keith <br /> Rosemond, Sedimentation and Erosion Constrol <br /> Inspector , following inspection of existing road) <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH: 30 feet established <br /> - Fire District is White Cross Fire District <br /> - Road can accomodate largest emergency vehicles and <br /> presently almost meets Orange County' s standards <br /> for a Class A road <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> - Access to the proposed subdivision is across the <br /> Elsie Lloyd and the Bethel Baptist Church proper- <br /> ties . Both owners have been approached several <br /> times by the Parrish family and they will not grant <br /> additional easement to the family. In the future, <br /> the Parrish family would be willing to purchase the <br /> Lloyd tract and establish the 50 foot right-of-way. <br /> - The road has been used by the community for <br /> thirty (30) years . <br />
