Torian has requested approval of a subdivision for <br /> 3.3 acres of land located on Kenton Road (SR 1335) in <br /> Hillsborough Township. The property in question is known as <br /> lot 22 of Block A of Tax Map 1 . It is owned by William Torian. <br /> The purpose of the request is to permit development of a two <br /> (2) lot subdivision. <br /> Both lots will be served by direct access onto Kenton Road, a <br /> state-maintained road. The lots will be served by individual <br /> on-site water and wastewater systems. <br /> The property is designated Agricultural Residential and zoned <br /> Agricultural -Residential (AR) . This district permits the <br /> development of single family residential housing on minimum lot <br /> sizes of 40,000 square feet. <br /> The property is located within the Orange County School <br /> District and the Orange fire district. <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the request would allow development of the two lot <br /> subdivision with lot sizes of 1 .0 and 2.3 acres . A 1981 <br /> traffic count indicated 100 vehicles per day on Kenton Road (SR <br /> 1335) . Using 9.51 trips per day per residence, an additional <br /> 19.02 trips per day would be generated by the development. <br />
