014 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS , Orange County has been experiencing a <br /> rapid rate of growth; and <br /> WHEREAS, many of the County's public facilities are <br /> approaching their capacity to respond to increasing demands; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , the County has identified a need to <br /> implement a system of Impact Fees to partially fund the <br /> public improvements that will be needed by new development; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Orange County <br /> hereby requests that members of its legislative delegation <br /> introduce the attached special legislation in the 1986 <br /> Session of the General Assembly, to enable the County to <br /> establish a system of Impact Fees. <br /> This the day of , 1986. <br /> I , Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners for the County of Orange, North Carolina, do <br /> hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of so much <br /> of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners for said <br /> 1 <br />
