CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the , General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project <br /> ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section. l. The project authorized is 'the lease/purchhase and renovation of the pro- <br /> posed County Annex. The project will, be financed by an appropriation <br /> from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the pro- <br /> ject within the budget contained herein. <br /> I <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> 1985-86 1986-87 Total <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve $230,000: $214,116 $444,116 <br /> Section 4.
