CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County . Commissioners that . pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordinance <br /> is hereby adopted.. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the Hazardous Materials Project. The project will <br /> be financed by an appropriation from the General Fund and the County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project <br /> within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project. <br /> Transfer. from General Fund $11,000 <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund 91000 <br /> $20L000 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project: <br /> Materials 20 000 <br /> Adopted this 23 day of July, 1986. <br />
