CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the following capi- <br /> tal project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the sound . system purchase for the Art <br /> School in Carrboro. The project will be financed by an appropria- <br /> tion from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> .Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this .project. <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund 5' 000 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project: <br /> Sound System Purchase 1k 000 <br /> Adopted this 23 day of July, 1986. <br />
