The property is <br /> currently served by a drilled well and a septic system. The <br /> Orange County Health Department has approved the lot for an on <br /> site septic system conditioned on the installation of an upgraded <br /> system (SEE ATTACHED IMPROVEMENTS PERMIT) . The City of Durham has <br /> indicated a willingness to provide both water and sewer service <br /> to the property (SEE ATTACHED CORRESPONDENCE) . <br /> An 8 inch gravity sewer line is proposed to be constructed into <br /> Orange County from Durham in the late spring or early summer of <br /> 1986; however, this line is proposed to extend only to the <br /> intersection of U.
