Tentatively, there are 27 individual sites that are approved <br /> for sewage disposal systems. These sites are only preliminarily approved. <br /> The sites still must be given final approval before any permits can be issued. <br /> Final approval is contingent on a field survey showing all lines and our <br /> department's confirming that the usable areas are still usable for the parti- <br /> cular sites . <br /> One aspect of the development that may create problems is that the <br /> dedicated lots may not be large enough to contain all of the usable septic <br /> system area and repair area. This aspect leads to the legal questions of <br /> system ownership, maintenance, and repair responsibilities.
