The following recommendations apply to the recreation <br /> area and facilities . <br /> a. Provide one (1) handicapped parking space <br /> for every 10 parking spaces. Parking spaces shall <br /> meet the dimensional requirements of Article 10 of <br /> the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. The parking area shall be screened and landscaped <br /> in accordance with Article 12 of the Orange County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> e.
