Such <br /> a review, including the participation of the Town <br /> of Hillsborough, will insure that subsequent <br /> developments are in accord with municipal and <br /> County objectives. <br /> IMPACT: Adoption of the Draft Land Use Plan would <br /> establish development standards for the <br /> transition areas and additional protection for <br /> environmentally sensitive areas . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of the Pantry Area Study as submitted . <br /> 001 <br />
