159 <br /> equivalent or higher degree than where such regulations are <br /> intended to control unscheduled development on individual <br /> lots, and to promote economical and efficient land use, <br /> improved level of amenties, appropriate and harmonious <br /> variety, creative design and a better environment. <br /> 7 .2 Planned Development Defined <br /> For purposes of those regulations, a planned development is: <br /> a) Land under unified control , to be planned and developed <br /> as a whole; <br /> b) A single development operation or a definitely <br /> programmed series of development operations, including <br /> all lands and buildings; <br /> c) Principal and accessory structures and uses <br /> substantially related to the character and purposes of <br /> the district; <br /> d) Developed according to comprehensive and detailed plans <br /> which include not only streets, utilities, lots or <br /> building sites and the like, but also site plans and <br /> floor plans for all buildings as intended to be located, <br /> constructed, used and related to each other, and <br /> detailed plans for other uses and improvements on the <br /> land as related to the buildings; and <br /> e) Developed with a program for provision, operation and <br /> maintenance of such areas, facilities and improvements <br /> as will be for common use by some or all of the <br /> occupants of the district, but will not be provided, <br /> operated or maintained at general public expense. <br /> *7 .2. 1 Establishment Of The Planned Development Districts <br /> Planned Development districts that correspond to the follow- <br /> ing districts authorized In Article 4 are hereby created: <br /> *Amended R-1 - PD-H - R-1 <br /> 11/2/81 R-2 - PD-H - R-2 <br /> 11/20/84 R-3 - PD-H - R-3 <br /> R-4 - PD-H - R-4 <br /> R-5 - PD-H - R-5 <br /> R-8 - PD-H - R-8 <br /> R-13 - PD--H - R-13 <br /> LC-1 - PD-C - LC-1 <br /> NC-2 - PD-C - NC-2 <br /> CC-3 - PD-C - CC-3 <br /> GC-4 - PD-C - GC-4 <br /> 0- I - PD - 0- I <br /> I-1 - PD - I-1 <br /> 1-2 - PD - 1-2 <br />
