I.ocatacn and Use of_Bu °fern <br /> Required buffers shall be Located along the interior or <br /> street Lot tines nearest the adjacent streets , land uses <br /> and/or zoning designations . Buffers shall not be <br /> located on any portion of an existing or proposed street <br /> right-of-way or utility easement . <br /> No building or structure of any type shall be erected , <br /> constructed or installed in a required buffer area . <br /> IV-B-8-d-2 .
