The property is <br /> referenced as lots 19A and 19B of Tax Map 2. It is <br /> bordered by undeveloped land as well as residential <br /> development. The tract is designated as Rural Residential <br /> on the Land use Plan. <br /> There is one (1) lot proposed out of 8.67 acres. The lot <br /> size is 2.410 acres, excluding the right-of-way. The <br /> property is zoned Residential-1. <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the Orange <br /> Rural Fire District. Law enforcement is provided by the <br /> Orange County Shriff's Department. It will be patrolled on <br /> a 24 hour basis. <br /> IMPACT: Development of this subdivision would have minimal impact <br /> on the area. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommended approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan contingent upon the following <br /> conditions : <br /> - name of the owner be indicated on the plat. <br />
